As far as I know, the answer is yes. Everyone is afraid to speak up because they physically fear the NCSO. I have watched videos of a woman getting assaulted by Joe McGill and deputy Augustine tells him he violated her rights and let her go. They were still coerced into doing nothing. The cops wouldn’t even respond to their call when their house was broken into at a later time because they assaulted her!
NCSO has been known to plant evidence and fabricate charges to anyone who opposes them.
In my case, my family, my business, and myself have been threatened. Several officers including Jack Hines, Cory Fowles and Joe McGill himself, have encouraged doxxing and threats to try and discourage me from coming forward.
